Arthur Thomas Eagleman
A celebration of life service for Arthur Thomas Eagleman, 72, Tomball, Texas, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 19, 2019, in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mr. Eagleman passed away Monday, December 31, 2018 at Memorial Hermann Medical Center, Houston, Texas.
He was born September 5, 1946, at Leota, Missouri, to Roy Thomas Eagleman and Sylvia Belle Burden Eagleman. Arthur graduated from West Plains High School with the Class of 1964. He was married December 25, 1966, at Prairie Grove Church of Christ, to Katie Lynn Hensley, who preceded him in death on March 10, 2014. Mr. Eagleman was a veteran, having served with the United States Navy in Vietnam.
He is survived by two children, Wendy Dixon and husband, Ronnie, West Plains, Missouri and Thomas Eagleman, Bryan, Texas; two grandchildren, Zack Dixon and wife, Cecilia and Derrick Dixon; one brother, David Eagleman and wife, Sharon, Garber, Oklahoma; two sisters, Ida Mae Cawvey and husband, Leon, Moody, Missouri and Rebecca Beasley, West Plains, Missouri; his fiancée, Sherry’s daughters, Jessica and Sara Miniutti; and many nieces and nephews.
His parents, wife, fiancée, Sherry Miniutti, one brother, Donald Eagleman and one sister, Vivian Busenbarrick, preceded him in death.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Friday, January 18, 2019, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. A private burial will be held at a later date in the Free Union Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to West Plains Regional Animal Shelter, Veterans Honor Guard of West Plains or any charity of choice, and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
