Funeral services for Brian Stephen Morris, 57, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 19, 2022 at South Fork Community Church, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mr. Morris passed away at 7:35 p.m., Monday, November 14, 2022, at his home.
He was born March 3, 1965, at West Plains, Missouri, to Steve Morris and Jeanna Harper Morris. On November 21, 1987, he was married at West Plains, to Ann Long. Brian loved his kids and grandkids. He also loved horses and enjoyed riding. Brian was a prankster and loved telling big stories. He was a custodian at South Fork School, a job he enjoyed; he was very caring and loved all the children. Mr. Morris was a member of South Fork Community Church.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Morris; two children, Kelsey Morris (Dylon Hollowell) and Kourtney Baker (Daniel); four grandchildren, Judah Hollowell, Gracie, Wyatt and Gus Baker; his parents, Steve and Jeanna Morris; one brother, Mike Morris and wife, Deanna; mother-in-law, Linda Long; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Kirk and Makiah Long; several nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
His father-in-law, Marvin Long, preceded him in death.
Visitation services will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Friday in the Langston Street Chapel of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the South Fork Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to South Fork Cemetery and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 West Main, West Plains, MO 65775.
