Graveside services for Carolyn Ann Elkins, 76, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 19, 2023, at Howell Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Elkins passed away at 8:42 p.m., Monday, August 7, 2023, at Ozarks Medical Center.
She was born November 15, 1946, at Dos Palos, California, to Jay Wayne Bass and Ruth Yvonne Pierce Bass. On December 9, 1967, she was married at Fort Worth, Texas, to Robbie Joe Elkins, who preceded her in death on April 3, 2007. Carolyn enjoyed going to church at Harbor of Hope. She loved watching the birds eat out of her bird feeders and feeding and petting her stray cat. She loved her family.
She is survived by three children, Debbie Tripp and husband, Tom, West Plains, Sharon Sisco and husband, Chet, Alton, Missouri and Jason Elkins and significant other, Carla, West Plains; eight grandchildren, Tiffanie Bryant and husband, Seth, Thomas Tripp and wife, Alesha, Emily Godat, Tyler Elkins, Dawson, Quinn, Evan and Jaiden Sisco; two great-grandchildren, Roxie Bryant and April Tripp; one brother, Tim Bass and wife, Kendra, Billings, Montana; several nieces and nephews and her best friend, Sherry Buncher, of the State of Oklahoma.
Her parents, husband and one brother, John Bass preceded her in death.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Friday, August 18, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Harbor of Hope Church and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 West Main, West Plains, MO 65775.

Tiffanie, Seth, & Family,
So very sorry for the passing of Tiffanie’s Grandmother, Carolyn. At this time we will be keeping all of you in our daily prayers and thoughts. During this time may God provide each of you comfort, peace, encouragement, and strength. May God bless all of you.
