Mr. Seilhan passed away peacefully on November 2, 2024. He was born in Iota, Louisiana on May 16, 1929. He was united in marriage to Bonnie Sisco on October 15, 1960, in Reno, Nevada, and they celebrated 60 wonderful years together. Bonnie preceded him in death on December 3, 2020. Huey served his country and was a proud United States Navy veteran. He served in World War II, receiving a WW II Victory Medal. He was a member of the Central Calvary Baptist Church. Huey was a former police officer in the State of California for many years, worked for a petroleum company, and worked in making rocket fuel. He was given an award for solving the issue with rocket fuel freezing in flight. He was an avid outdoorsman, hunter, and fisherman. He loved making jokes and cutting up with those that he knew and met. Those that knew him loved his funniness, jokes, and his contagious smile. He will be deeply missed.
