Pearl Emogene Stout
Funeral services for Pearl Emogene Stout, 83, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 20, 2013, at Gentryville Church of God, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Stout died at 4:27 a.m., Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at West Vue Nursing Center.
She was born January 23, 1930, at Mountain Grove, Missouri, to James Tony Parker and Lois Mae Coble Parker. During her childhood years, Pearl lived in Mountain Grove, Missouri and her teen years in Sanger, California, where she graduated high school. On March 18, 1950, she was married at Mountain Home, Arkansas, to Byron Virgil Stout, who preceded her in death September 5, 1998; to this union, five children were born. She was a homemaker and a farmer. Mrs. Stout was a Christian and attended Gentryville Church of God.
She is survived by five children, Jim Stout, wife, Gala, West Plains, Missouri, Dean Stout, wife, Nancy, Drury, Missouri, Terry Stout, wife, Pam, Republic, Missouri, Mary Mayberry, husband, Ted, Dora, Missouri and Robin Corrier, West Plains, Missouri; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; one sister, Marie Brown, Lincoln, Nebraska; and many nieces and nephews.
Her husband, one grandchild, Kevin Adams, one great-grandchild, Kenneth Stout, her parents, one brother-in-law, John Brown and one sister-in-law, Vida Smith, precede her in death.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Friday, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Gentryville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Gentryville Cemetery, and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
