Larry Gene “Bo” Roberts
Funeral services for Larry Gene “Bo” Roberts, 67, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 2, 2013, in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mr. Roberts died at 11:44 p.m., Wednesday, November 27, 2013, at Ozarks Medical Center.
He was born June 5, 1946, at Bakersfield, Missouri, to Elmer “Shorty” Roberts and Emma Fore Roberts. On March 31, 1967, he was married at Alton, Missouri, to Gwenda Rhine. Before his retirement, Mr. Roberts was a machine operator at Marathon Electric, now known as Regal-Beloit. He enjoyed gardening, NASCAR and his grandkids. Mr. Roberts was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his wife, Gwenda Roberts, of the family home; three daughters, Melody Kenslow, Angie Berry, husband, Donnie and Kayla Miller, husband, Sam, all of West Plains, Missouri; seven grandchildren, Bo Kenslow, wife, Rachel, Hayden Berry, Emma Berry, Nicole Pierce, McKenna Miller, DeLaney “Bill” Miller and Savannah Miller; one sister, Verba Endicott, husband, Denzel, West Plains, Missouri; one sister-in-law, Brenda Stone, husband, Kenny, Clark Ridge, Arkansas; several nieces and nephews; and his buddy “Roxie”.
His parents, one daughter, Tracey Roberts, two infant brothers, his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ray and Kathreen Rhine and special friend, Ronnie Laxton, precede him in death.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Sunday at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Baptist Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Baptist Hill Cemetery, and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Bo was a super nice guy, only known him a few short years, enjoyed talking to him about gardening while waiting for Gwenda to get off work.Our prayers and condolences to Gwenda and the family,love Sherry and Jack Melton

So sorry to learn of Bo’s passing. We attended Bakersfield School and have fond memories
of Bo & Verba during our growing up in Bakersfield days.
