Words cannot express how much you are going to be missed. You were the one everyone went to for advice. I always loved being around you. You little up the room when you walked in. I remember the first time I met you in 1972, you were living on oregon street in Bakersfield, Leslie took me to your house and you were on the floor laying 12×12 in carpet squares. I loved you from that first day. I knew that you would be a big part of my life.
Going to really miss you.

Lena, I will miss you! You were my mother for so many years and I cherish those moments we shared. You were there with me when I had my first child. You taught me so many things about being a new mom. I feel blessed to have all the memories….long talks, garage sales, small road trips back and forth to LA, and just sitting around being lazy.. We went through good and bad times together but I’m glad for both. I love you and will see you again one day!!
