Dorothy Helen Koelling
Funeral services for Dorothy Helen Koelling, 91, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 10, 2016 in the Rose Chapel, Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Koelling died 12:32 p.m., Saturday, September 3, 2016 at West Vue Nursing Center, West Plains. She was born September 23, 1924 at Schrag, Washington to Joseph G. Schrag and Justina Dyck Schrag. She attended Bethel Baptist College, Lawrence, Kansas and on September 15, 1945, was married in the State of Washington to Glen Nat Koelling who preceded her in death on January 31, 1976. Mrs. Koelling was a member of the Stitch and Chatter Club; she enjoyed cooking and canning. She was a member of the Valley View Church for many years.
She is survived by her daughter, Gladys Ball, husband, Kenneth, West Plains, Missouri; one grandson, Gary Hensley, Jr., wife, Rachel; two great-grandchildren; Emmett and Evelyn Hensley; and many nieces and nephews.
Her parents, husband, one son, Robert Koelling and three sisters, Ruby, Marie and Henrietta, precede her in death.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Friday, September 9th, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Oak Lawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the Diabetes Association and left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
