Lil Cromer
Funeral services for Lillie Rea Cromer, 88, of West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 30, 2017 at the Langston Street Chapel of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Cromer passed away at 3:30 p.m., Monday, September 25, 2017 at the home of her grandchildren, J. P. and Tamarah Miller in Lowell, Arkansas.
She was born November 27, 1928, at Tecumseh, Missouri, to John Daugherty and Dora Harris Daugherty. On March 28, 1950, she was married at Hardy, Arkansas, to Junior Cromer, who preceded her in death on November 1, 2009. Mrs. Cromer was a devoted homemaker and farmer. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, singing and working on the family farm. Mrs. Cromer lived her life as a strong Christian woman, setting an example for her family.
She is survived by five children, Roger Cromer and wife, Linda, Ginger Miller and husband, Joel, Steve Cromer and wife, Patty, Jay Cromer and wife, Doreen and Craig Cromer and wife, Sherri; nine grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; one sister, Alma Beard, Republic, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews.
Her parents, husband, two brothers and two sisters, preceded her in death.
Mrs. Cromer will lie in state from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m., Friday, at the Langston Street Chapel of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Evergreen Cemetery and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
