Frankie was one of the sweetest women I have ever know. She had a very big heart and was always willing to give to others in need no matter the cost. She was also a very talented painter and photographer and I always looked forward to receiving one of her custom made cards. Each one was hand made and sealed in love. She is a truly special woman and will be deeply missed by everyone. Rest in Peace!
