Jessie Faye Beavers Howard
Funeral services for Jessie Faye Beavers Howard, 96, Dora, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Ball Church of Christ, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Howard passed away at 6:06 a.m., Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Ozarks Medical Center.
She was born May 31, 1922, at Advance, Arkansas, to Charlie Beavers and Ada Hall Beavers. On August 25, 1940, she was married at Lone Rock, Arkansas, to James Ervin Howard, who preceded her in death on March 26, 2004. Mrs. Howard enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, flowers and taking walks. She was a member of Odom Church of Christ.
She is survived by three children, Gayle Barnes and husband, Ira, Springfield, Missouri, Linda Smith and husband, Bobby, Cuba, Missouri and Ronnie Howard, Dora, Missouri; one daughter-in-law, Marie Howard, Ava, Missouri; twelve grandchildren, Betsy Pipkin, Kent Barnes, Christina Long, Amanda Lawley, Sydney Smith, Jeremiah Smith, Misty Howard, Billie Leanne Howard, Dustin Howard, Barbara Plowick, Ronnie Howard, Jr. and Jessica Barton; eighteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; one brother, Carl Beavers and wife, Zelda, Pottersville, Missouri; and her brother and sisters-in-law, Marie Beavers, West Plains, Missouri, Charles and Shirley Howard, Mountain Home, Arkansas, Irene Frazier, Mountain View, Missouri and Vineta Howard, Dora, Missouri; many nieces and nephews; and a very special caregiver that gave her loving care in the last two years of her life, Vickie Burden.
Her parents, husband, one son, Billy Howard, four infant children, four brothers, Garland, Thurman, Claude and Herman, and three sisters, Lizzie Beavers White, Cara Mae Teague and Betty Owen, preceded her in death.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Ball Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Ball Cemetery and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

So very sorry to hear of sister Jessie’s passing. She was an inspiration to us all of what a Godly woman should be…she will be sorely missed!!
