Peggy Little
Funeral services for Peggy Lou Little, 85, Branson, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 25, 2018 in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Little passed away at 8:06 p.m., Friday, July 20, 2018 at Shepherd of the Hills Living Center.
She was born April 12, 1933, at West Plains, Missouri, to Charley Myers and Christina Lung Myers. Peggy graduated from West Plains High School with the Class of 1950. On March 9, 1953, she was married at Salem, Arkansas, to Mahlon Little. Mrs. Little had worked as Assistant Collector and Secretary to John Kirk, Howell County Collector for a number of years. She enjoyed collecting various items, going to yard sales and loved spending time with her family and friends. Mrs. Little was of the Lutheran faith.
She is survived by her husband of sixty-five years, Mahlon Little, of the family home; two children, Christy Lou Penninger and husband, Bob, Springfield, Missouri and Mahlon Little, II and wife, Jane Ellen, Ruston, Louisiana; two grandchildren, Montana Paige Little and James Connor Little; one brother, Eddie Ray Myers and wife, Linda, Fresno, California; one sister, Betty Johnson and husband, Carl Oscar, Branson, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews.
Her parents, two brothers, Charles and Clinton Myers and one sister and brother-in-law, Wilma Bell and husband, Jim, preceded her in death.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Howell Valley Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Howell Valley Cemetery or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

It is with the deepest sympathy we write this note. Peggy was such a sweet and caring person who will be sadly missed. I grew up close by and was able to enjoy her. I’m so lucky to of been her cousin. May God Bless each member of her family.

We are very sorry to hear about Peggy. We always enjoyed her visits. I am glad I was able to see her last week in the hospital. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

although we only were able to enjoy peggy a short time as new neighbors we will miss her smile. my dog mollie already knows something is wrong at the corner house both her and tinker our cat enjoy visiting there I hope mahlon will reach out to me when he needs anything even if it is to talk
