Mrs. Wanda Wilbanks & Wilbanks Families,
Our deepest sympathy to all of you on the passing of Billy. All of you are in our daily prayers and thoughts. Billy was a very friendly guy and always was a joy to be around to visit with when the car was being serviced, inspected, or new tires put on. He thought the world of children including our son, Corby. He will be missed greatly. During this difficult time may God encourage, comfort, and strengthen all of you. May God give each of you peace and may He bless all of you.

I really liked Billy. I lived about a mile from him at Peace Valley for a while, about 8 years. He was a really good man.
