Billie DeVon Holifield
Graveside services for Billie DeVon Holifield, 77, Caulfield, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at White Oak Cemetery, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mr. Holifield died at 6:00 a.m., Monday, February 18, 2013, at his home.
He was born August 18, 1935, at Pollard, Arkansas, to Denzil Derrond Holifield and Berdie House Holifield. He attended school at White School, near Corning, Arkansas and on June 28, 1955, he was married at Tupelo, Mississippi, to Doris Jene Halfacre. Mr. Holifield was a farmer and before his retirement in 1999, was a carpenter with his membership in the Carpenter’s Union #2214. He enjoyed his grandkids, hunting and fishing. Mr. Holifield was of the Protestant faith.
He is survived by his wife, Doris Holifield, of the family home; two children, Steve Holifield, Eureka Springs, Arkansas and Teresa Owens, husband, Bobby, Tecumseh, Missouri; four grandchildren, Kyle Owens, Katelyn Owens, Jarred Fienhold and Alecia Marcak; seven great-grandchildren; and one brother, Barton Holifield, Rockford, Illinois.
His parents, one son, Billy Holifield and three brothers, precede him in death.
Memorial contributions may be made to White Oak Cemetery, and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

My deepest sympathy is extended to all of you. Billie was a wonderful friend and neighbor . He’ll be missed by both Tom and I. We love you like family. Please call if we can do anything to help during this time of grief and sorrow. May god bless all of you with his comfort and grace.
