Brinda Irene Reed
Funeral services for Brinda Irene Reed, 61, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 29, 2013 in the Rose Chapel, Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Reed died 2:50 a.m., Saturday, May 25, 2013 in the Gainesville Health Care Center, Gainesville, Missouri. She was born January 26, 1952 at Clarksville, Arkansas to the late Monte “Shine” and Hazel Irene Nichols Bankston. On January 27, 1970, she was married at Asheville, North Carolina to Jack Lee Reed who preceded her in death on May 5, 2013. She was a member of the Church of Christ having attended the AB Church of Christ which she loved. Mrs. Reed was a loving wife and mother; she loved her family. Her family will miss her dearly.
She is survived by three children, Amy Kimbrough, husband, Phillip, Peace Valley, Missouri, Susan Allen and Ryan Reed, both of West Plains, Missouri; five grandchildren, Brock Kimbrough, Allison Kimbrough, Brenden Kimbrough, Mariah Allen and Malachi Allen; two brothers, Donnie Bankston, Dardanelle, Arkansas and Ray Bankston, West Plains, Missouri; two sisters, Ellen Grisham, husband, Larry, West Plains, Missouri and Beverly Richardson, husband, Jerry, Alton, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews.
Her parents, husband, and one brother, Harvey Bankston, precede her in death.
Mrs. Reed will lie in state from 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 28th until service time at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Homeland Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Family and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Words fail me to express our deep heartfelt sorrow for the losses of those you all loved so much. God bless you kids and you’ll be in our prayers and thoughts. Thank you for the times our families have shared in the past, I look forward to more shared time in heaven.
