Carol Sue Wilson
A memorial service for Carol Sue Wilson, 68, Salem, Arkansas, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 31, 2019 in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Wilson passed away at 9:48 a.m., Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Brooke Haven Health Care.
She was born July 5, 1950, at Sioux City, Iowa, to James Dale Goss and Wilma Louise Cary Goss. On November 19, 1991, she was married at Redfield, Arkansas, to William “Pete” Wilson. Mrs. Wilson was a nurse and was a very loving and caring person. She enjoyed fishing, going to church and listening to gospel songs and loved time spent with her family. Mrs. Wilson attended Lanton Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, William “Pete” Wilson, Salem, Arkansas; her mother, Wilma Goss, State of Oklahoma; two children, William Thomas Higgins and Michelle Higgins, Rock Island, Illinois; four step-children, Adam Earls, State of Mississippi, Amy McNabb, State of Tennessee, Crystal Stamford, State of Mississippi and Michelle Wilson, State of Missouri; seventeen grandchildren, including special granddaughter, Destiny Wilson; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, James Goss Jr., State of Illinois and Steve Goss, State of Oklahoma; one sister, Laura Shephard, State of Oklahoma; and several nieces and nephews.
Her father and one infant daughter, Kimberly Ann Higgins, preceded her in death.
Memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals For Children and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
