Charles Benjamin “Benny” Barrett, Jr.
Graveside services for Charles Benjamin Barrett, Jr., 55, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 15, 2014, at South Fork Cemetery, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mr. Barrett died at 6:58 p.m., Tuesday, August 12, 2014, at Ozarks Medical Center.
He was born July 23, 1959, at New Orleans, Louisiana, to Charles Benjamin Barrett and Irene Pearl Brubaker Barrett. Mr. Barrett was self-employed and spent many years re-building cars, which he enjoyed. He loved to ride his motorcycle and enjoyed participating in benefit rides with the Am Vets in honor of his father. Mr. Barrett was a Christian.
He is survived by his sons, Levi and Cody Barrett and his twin daughters, Jazmine and Jade Barrett; one brother, Howard Turner, West Plains, Missouri; two sisters, Cathy Roberts and husband, Jerry and Susan Ray, all of West Plains, Missouri.
His parents precede him in death.
Memorial contributions may be made to South Fork Cemetery or Am Vets benefit rides, and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

My deepest condolances to Benny’s family,loved that man like a brother, hadn’t talked to him in years til finally I found him on Facebook and talked to him less then a week ago, then I hear bout his bike, and now this….. This is so sad. My prayer go out to that man an May god bless him in his kingdom in heaven.

So saddened to hear this news. I consider myself blessed in having known Benny and to have had him as a friend. The man had a heart of gold … he will be greatly missed. Prayers out to family and friends.

Benny was always a friend to us when we moved to Southfork, he was a very nice person, and would have done anything for a friend. We will miss him and is smile.
