Clyde Albert VonAllmen
Funeral services for Clyde Albert VonAllmen, 96, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 9, 2017 in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mr. VonAllmen passed away at 10:20 a.m., Thursday, January 5, 2017, at his home.
He was born October 9, 1920, at Rover, Missouri, to Harlin VonAllmen and Ethel Judd VonAllmen. On August 11, 1940, he was united in married at Rover, Missouri, to Allena Redburn. Mr. VonAllmen worked at the International Shoe Company until his retirement. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening and coon and quail hunting. Mr. VonAllmen was a member of the Olde Tyme Full Gospel Church.
He is survived by his wife of seventy-six years, Allena VonAllmen, of the family home; one son, Charles VonAllmen and wife, Carolyn, West Plains; two grandchildren, Mark VonAllmen and Cynthia Bush; five great-grandchildren, Cynthia Nicole Bush, Joshua Bush, Allena VonAllmen Roe, Amber VonAllmen and Andrea VonAllmen; three step-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Murlene White, Dayton, Ohio, Dorothy Patillo, West Plains and Jewell Hopkins, Pottersville, Missouri.
He is preceded in death by his parents, one infant son, five sisters and two brothers.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Sunday, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Oak Lawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Gideon Bible Society or Olde Tyme Full Gospel Church and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
