Clyde was very active in the Korean War Veterans Association Ozarks Chapter Springfield Mo.
This was where I met Clyde in the monthly meetings and other activities of the Chapter. I remember the last time I visited him in the Mt Vernon Veterans home his eyesight was very poor. He said, I can’t really see you, but Don I recognize your voice.
He was a good friend and will be missed.
My prayers and condolences go out to his family.

Shelley, sorry to hear about your dad’s death, but he had a nice long life.
My Uncle Bill, also a Korean War Vet, died two years ago at 92 years old. I accompanied him on a trip to Korea in June, 2014, hosted by the Korean Government for a week of ceremonies to commemorate to beginning of the Korean War. It was a great experience. Sounds like the same experience your dad had.
