Funeral services for Dolly Lorena Rieger, 90, Dora, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 8, 2020 at Ball Church of Christ, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Rieger passed away 4:22 p.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at West Vue Whispering Pines.
She was born May 19, 1929, at Dora, Missouri, to Henry Smith and Cora Owens Smith. On June 3, 1947, she was married at Mountain Home, Arkansas, to Wayne Rieger, who preceded her in death November 6, 2014. Before her retirement, Dolly had worked at Baxter Lab and sold Stanley Home Products. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, shopping, and traveling. She loved her family and enjoyed Sunday lunch and family gatherings at her home. Mrs. Rieger was a member of Ball Church of Christ.
She is survived by three children, Ron Rieger and wife, Anita, Dora, Missouri, Carol Pettit, Pottersville, Missouri and Judy Collins and husband, Tony, Dora, Missouri; eight grandchildren, Cherri Kelley and husband, Scott, David Rieger and wife, Caroline, Craig Pettit and wife, Sheri, Darrick Pettit, Katie Huddleston and husband, Jason, Lindsey Olmsted and husband, Travis, Daniel Rieger and wife, Taylor, and Coy Collins and significant other, Bridget; ten great-grandchildren, Monica Kelley, Abby Kelley, Jonathon Pettit, Kameron Ames, Zyler Collins, Barrett Rieger, Landon Olmsted, Hadlea Olmsted, Levi Rieger, and Korbyn Collins; one sister, Alta Newberry; and many nieces and nephews.
Her parents, husband, son-in-law, Steve Pettit, five brothers, Lloyd, Ray, Charley, Harley and Henry J. Smith and four sisters, Grace Warren, Esta Howard, Thelma Trail and Alma DonCarlos, preceded her in death.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Saturday, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Ball Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Ball Cemetery and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Dolly. She was such a special lady. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. I will keep all the family in my prayers. Carol, Judy and Ronnie, you were truly blessed to have had her for your Mother. I have so many wonderful memories of good times at your house.
