Don will be greatly missed by so many people. He has been a loving, dear friend of our family for many, many years. I will miss seeing him standing by his truck at the Cleaners and waving to him or stopping to chat with him. He always made me laugh at some story he had to tell. My deepest sympathy goes to his children, sister, and Mary.
RIP my sweet friend.
Love,
Renee

I’ve known Don since high school. He was always a pleasant person to be around. When I ran for City Council, Don was right there to help. When we planned our Class of 63 Reunion, Don was very helpful with addresses and/or contacts. He was just that kind of person. And he knew everyone! My deepest sympathy to Don’s family. He will be greatly missed.

My prayers to the family. I remember my first ‘meeting’ with Don – he rode his motorcycle off the quarry south of town on a beautiful summer day & then swam out as the cycle sank! Loved his smile and sense of humor. He will be missed by all who knew him.

I knew Don for the last 5 or more years. He reminded me of my own grandpa and talking to Don was always a pleasure. Don was friendly, down to earth, and as good a person as you could ever me. Don always treated those around him with great kindness. I hope I have many of Don’s traits when I’m older. Rest in peace buddy!
