Edward Randolph Collins
Funeral services for Edward “Ed” Randolph “Randy” Collins, 64, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 11, 2013, at the Langston Street Chapel of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mr. Collins died at 7:50 p.m., Sunday, April 7, 2013, at his home.
He was born September 20, 1948, at Siloam Springs, Missouri, to Everett and Flora Adiline Thompson Collins. He graduated from West Plains High School with the Class of 1967 and on July 22, 1967, was married at West Plains, Missouri, to Betty Lou Johnson. Mr. Collins was a veteran having served with the United States Army during the Vietnam Conflict. He had been employed at Regal Beloit and enjoyed fishing, racing, coin collecting and working on lawn mowers in his free time. Randy Collins was a friend to everyone in need.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Collins, of the family home; four children, Eric Collins, Melissa Judd, husband, Robert, Sandy Corey, husband, David and Lacey Collins, fiancé Kenny Whittenburg, all of West Plains, Missouri; two grandchildren, Shala and James Judd; seven brothers, Orville Dean Collins, wife, Sheila, Pomona, Missouri, Tommy Collins, wife, Robin, Pomona, Missouri, Mikel Collins, wife, Chris, West Plains, Missouri, Randl Collins, wife, Michelle, West Plains, Missouri, Steavy Collins, wife, Cathy, Rover, Missouri, Bruce Collins, Pomona, Missouri and Ronald Collins, Pomona, Missouri; five sisters, Carolyn Moffett, Turney, Missouri, Mildred Harmon, husband, Mark, Thayer, Missouri, Nancy Sympson, husband, Fred, Pomona, Missouri, Thelma Caldwell, husband, Quinn, Koshkonong, Missouri and Belinda Kuntz, husband, Bob, West Plains, Missouri; three aunts, Wanda Thompson, Nona Oaks and Bernice Thompson; and many nieces and nephews.
His parents, one sister, Ann Turnbull, three brothers, Robert, Keith and Kelly Collins, his mother-in-law Marie Johnson and his father-in-law, Burl Johnson, and grandparents, Bertha and John Oaks, Randal Collins and Frank and Carolyn Thompson, precede him in death.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday at the Langston Street Chapel of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Oak Grove (Buff) Cemetery.

So sorry to learn that Bruces brother Randy had passed. Many prayers to his family. May God hold you all close and help you through Randys death. He died on earth to be reborn in heaven. What a glorious blessing to know.
