Eileen Sanders
A celebration of life service for H. Eileen Sanders 83, of Panama City Beach, Florida, formerly of West Plains, Missouri will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 22, 2017 at the Langston Street Chapel of Robertson -Drago Funeral Home, followed by a reception of friends and family at the West Plains Civic Center.
She is survived by her four daughters, Susie Campbell and husband, Dave, Brighton, Missouri, Sheryl Womack and husband Craig, Panama City Beach, Florida, Darlene Jones, Springfield, Missouri and Denise Davis, Cabool, Missouri; eight grandchildren, Jonathan Day, Jennifer Kennedy, Amber Davis, Mike Sanders, Jeremy Davis, Stephanie Sanders, Sabrina Campbell and Andrew Campbell; five great-grandchildren Emma Sanders, Elizabeth Sanders, Quinn Davis, Daylin Asher and Alyssa Thompson, all of whom she loved dearly; five sisters, Shirley Johnson, Sharon Durley, Carol Monterusso and husband, Tony, Janice Pasnokot and Sandy Groom. She also had many cherished memories of her nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Marion L. Grey Sr., mother, Lois Hussey, brother, Marion L. (Skip) Gray Jr. and two sisters Jeanie Mowery and Linda Sommers and the father of her children, John D. Sanders.
Eileen loved her family and loved life; she touched many lives along her journey. She worked for several years at Sass Jewelry and ended her working career at Marathon Electric, now known as Regal. After retirement she moved to Panama City Beach and worked at Ocean Opry where she got to mingle with her favorite country music stars. Eileen had many friends and she will be fondly remembered and missed by many. She is now resting in the arms of Jesus and singing with the angels in Heaven.
