My sympathy to the family of Elaine, whom I never knew, but is a second cousin to me. My grandfather was Walter Trantrum Elium, Sr. brother to Elaine’s father. I would like to have contact with someone, please. My mother was Geneva Elium (Miller), Walter and Mary Ida’s oldest child. Again, sympathy and prayer to you all.

In 1976 at the age of 11, I became a foster child in West Plains, MO.
Elaine Jolliffe was the one steady, constant and dependable person in my life for the next few years. Thank you.
