Elva Dean “Jackie” Lamb Kreger
Funeral services for Elva Dean Lamb Kreger, 82, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 10, 2019 in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Kreger passed away Monday, May 6, 2019 at Ozarks Medical Center.
She was born July 3, 1936, in Ozark County, Missouri, to Claudie Elva May and Martha “Lorene” Moss May. Jackie attended Oak Mound School. On February 20, 1953, she was married to Herbert Ray Lamb, who preceded her in death on May 18, 1987. In her later years, Jackie had worked as a hostess at Ramada Inn and worked at Hardee’s. She enjoyed her family, especially her grandchildren. Mrs. Kreger was a member of Central Church of Christ.
She is survived by three children, Herbert D. Lamb, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Linda S. VonCannon, Yorktown, Virginia and Tami R. Dudgeon and husband, Alan, West Plains, Missouri; seven grandchildren, Mary Hillyard, James Stovall, Brittany Brown, Daniel VonCannon, Tasha Phegley, Lane Dudgeon and Tate Dudgeon; many great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; three brothers, Dorman May, Orb May and Palmer May; one sister, Eva Garner; and several nieces and nephews.
Her parents, husband, daughter, Cathy “Cat” Lamb, grandson, James Lyle “J.L.” Cockrum and brother, Elwood May, preceded her in death.
Visitation will be held from 7:00 until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Gospel Hill Cemetery.

So very sorry to hear the passing of Elva. She was a wonderful lady full of grace and fun spirit.

Sorry to hear of Elva’s death. I remember her as a kind and friendly person, who a few years ago cooked great meals.
