Eula Bernice Von Allmen
Funeral services for Eula Berniece Von Allmen, 84, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, August 26, 2012, at Trinity Worship Center, West Plains, Missouri, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Von Allmen died at 3:20 p.m., Wednesday, August 22, 2012, at Brooke Haven Health Care.
She was born June 24, 1928, at Rover, Missouri, to Reverend Albin Harold and Laura May Baty Dunkin. She received her education in the Oregon County rural schools, near Rover and graduated from Thomasville High School with Class of 1946. Mrs. Von Allmen was a devoted mother and grandmother. Her grandchildren affectionately referred to her as “Gammy”. She owned and managed commercial rental property in West Plains, owned and operated Eula’s Dress Shop for a number of years and worked for fifteen years in the jewelry department at Wal-Mart. Mrs. Von Allmen faithfully attended Trinity Worship Center, as long as her health permitted.
She is survived by three children, Lee Von Allmen, West Plains, Missouri, Carolyn Meadow, husband, Darrell, Claremore, Oklahoma and Dennis Von Allmen, wife, Judy, West Plains, Missouri; eight grandchildren, Carma Wheeler, husband, James, Mike Von Allmen, wife, Dalia, Sherri Roy, husband, Mark, all of West Plains, Missouri, Shauna Millikin, husband, Jimmy, Claremore, Oklahoma, Douglas Meadow, wife, Cecily, Bristow, Oklahoma, Christa Garner, husband, Terry, Claremore, Oklahoma, Katie Von Allmen, Springfield, Missouri and Bryant Von Allmen, West Plains, Missouri; nineteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren on the way; two sisters, Murielene Von Allmen, and Alice Lea Dills, both of West Plains, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews.
Her parents, one infant sister, Ruby, two brothers-in-law, Raymon Von Allmen and Ellis “Buster” Dills, precede her in death.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Saturday, August 25, 2012, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Jolliff Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Jolliff Cemetery, and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

So very sorry for the loss of your Mother. What a wonderful person she was! She may have been quiet spoken while on earth but I bet she is Shouting and Rejoicing in Heaven!
