My heart is heavy with sorrow for your loss. My prayer for the family is that God comforts you with the certainty that Eva knew the important things in life. It was quite apparent to everyone that met Eva that she loved her savior Jesus Christ and her family. Her life demonstrated her devotion to both. Eva was one of the most humble, kindhearted and generous people I have ever met. She was truly was a great example of what a christian woman should be. She was a beautiful woman inside and out.

I am positive that if all the children of the world had a mother, grandmother or aunt like Eva, they truly would know what it feels like to be loved and cared for. Many people have grown from the nourishment they recieved at the Lester home, in many ways. Eva will be missed…

Our thoughts are with Billy & family tonight. Our dear cousin Eva was special to all of us.
It was always a pleasure to see her each year when we came home for July 4th and/or the
Bakersfield class reunion. We remember our Bakersfield days with wonderful memories of the Lester’s living across the highway from us. Eva was such a great lady and we were all
pleased to call her our cousin.
