Eva Nadine Barnett

Funeral services for Eva Nadine Barnett, 82, West Plains, Missouri, will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 4, 2012 in the Rose Chapel of the Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
 
Mrs. Barnett died 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at NHC HealthCare.  She was born April 24,1930 at Dora, Missouri to Henderson J. “Bud” and Fannie Ann Croney Welch. She received her education in the schools of Dora, Missouri and on March 3, 1951 was married at Melbourne, Arkansas to Marion Sylvester Barnett who preceded her in death on January 10, 1998.  Mrs. Barnett was a member of the Assembly of God.
 
She is survived by two children, Valdie Barnett, Cincinnati, Ohio and Kathy Copp, husband, Joseph, Hoisington, Kansas; eight grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; three brothers, Eugene Welch, Leon Welch and Merlin Welch, all of West Plains, Missouri; one sister, Ilene Pitts, Willow Springs, Missouri; and many nieces and nephews.
 
Her parents, husband, one grandchild, four brothers, Dallas Welch, LaVerne Welch, Adam Welch and Douglas Welch and five sisters, Ruth Ackerson, Edith Collins, Lorine Welch, Geneva Welch and Betty Woods, precede her in death.
 
Mrs. Barnett will lie in state from 3:00 p.m., Friday, August 3rd, until service time at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.  Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery.
