I’m sure that my late mother Vesta Bray Harper, once a frequent sidekick of Fran’s yard sale posse, would want her kids to remember how thankful she was for Fran to have been part of the Bray family, especially as a companion in life to her brother James. We knew Fran as a gentle soul who could be stern when she needed to. She could give you that look and then smile and it was all better. I will miss her Facebook posts and her running commentary about my kids on this branch of the family tree. We will all remember her for her abiding devotion to Christ, through thick and then. Rest easy Aunt Fran.
