Gerald Woodrow Wilson
Gerald Woodrow Wilson passed away February 18, 2014, at the age of ninety-nine years.
He was born in a dug-out near Lamar, Colorado, where his father was homesteading. They moved to Grand Junction, Colorado when he was five years old.
Gerald is preceded in death by his wife of fifty-seven wonderful years; he often told that she was the love of his life. He was a rancher and enjoyed trapping, fishing and life to its fullest.
He leaves a daughter, Patsy Wilson Gentry and husband Dave, West Plains, Missouri, a son, Jack Wilson and wife, Toni, Priest River, Idaho, a sister Lois Maurine Kimmel, Grand Junction, Colorado, nine grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
The family honors Gerald’s wishes to be cremated and returned to his beloved mountains in Colorado.
