I’m really going to miss Hazel. She was one of my favorite patients ever. Her spunky attitude will be missed around the clinic. We were very close and I always expressed how much love I had for her that I even called her Grandma. Rest in Paradise Hazel I will miss you very much and you will always have a place in my heart.
