Helen “Faye” Warren
Funeral services for Helen “Faye” Warren, 88, Alton, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 10, 2013, in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Warren died at 8:35 a.m., Monday, January 7, 2013, at Ozarks Medical Center.
She was born May 31, 1924, at Peace Valley, Missouri, to John B. and Iona Bonham Johnson. She attended school in Thomasville, Missouri, and on June 14, 1941, she was married at West Plains, Missouri, to James Lewis “Jimmie” Warren, Sr., who preceded her in death on May 16, 2007. Mrs. Warren was a loving and devoted wife and mother, a caring grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother who will be missed by her many children. She was a fantastic cook and homemaker. Her only job outside of her home was selling Avon. Mrs. Warren was a member of First Baptist Church, West Plains, Missouri and attended the First Baptist Church at Mammoth Spring, Arkansas.
She is survived by three children, Judith K. Smith, Charleston, Missouri, Vicki Ragan, husband, Ken, Thayer, Missouri and David Warren, wife, Andra, Alexandria, Alabama; ten grandchildren, Steven Smith, wife, Misty, Jim Warren, wife, Laurie, Amy Hardcastle, husband, Jarrett, Beth Schmitt, Marie-Alana Ragan, Eric Ragan, wife, Courtney, Dr. Ty Warren, wife, Dana, Natalie Askew, husband, David, Seth Warren, wife, Lindsay and Jessica Hollis, husband, Caleb; sixteen great-grandchildren, Samantha, Jacob, Abby, Leah, Ellie, Aidan, Kelsey, Devin, Andrea, Addy, Graham, Essie, Vera, Leeland, Glady and Jackson; one great-great-grandchild, Rhylea; one sister, Bernie Hughes, East Peoria, Illinois; and many nieces and nephews.
Her parents, husband, son, James L. Warren, Jr.,three brothers, three sisters and beloved son-in-law, Ralph Smith, precede her in death.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until service time, Thursday, January 10, 2013, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Rose Hill Cemetery or charity of choice, and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

I cherish the memories of special times spent with Ms Faye at Shepherd’s View. She was a very special lady who treasured her family. My prayers are with her family and friends.
