J. H. Greenlee
Funeral services for J. H. Greenlee, 77, West Plains, Missouri, will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 30, 2013 in the Rose Chapel of the Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mr. Greenlee died 3:00 a.m., Sunday, January 27, 2013 at his home. He was born October 16, 1935 at Canalou, Missouri to Leonard and Della Mae Albertson Greenlee. In July of 1955, he was married at Carlsbad, New Mexico to Bennie June Miller who preceded him in death in July of 1988. Mr. Greenlee was a veteran having served with the United States Army. Before his retirement, he was a carpenter and a contractor.
He is survived by three children, Kathryn Elaine Davis-Craig and husband, Frank Craig, West Plains, Missouri, Allan Dale Greenlee and wife, Teresa, Mountain Home, Arkansas and J. H. Greenlee, Jr. and wife, Karen Smith, West Plains, Missouri.; four grandchildren, James Davis, Heather Staudt, J.H. Greenlee, III, and Sean Greenlee; eight great-grandchildren, Hunter Davis, Connor Davis, Madelyn Davis, Kateland Baxter, Charles Staudt, Jr., Kaitlynn Greenlee, Michelle Greenlee and Brianna Greenlee; one brother, Leonard Greenlee and wife, Naomi, West Plains, Missouri; three sisters, Frances Meldrum and husband, Johnny, Marietta, Texas, Imogene Haberburger and husband, Bob, Longview, Texas and Pola Lee, Longview, Texas; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and Dolly Lancaster of the family home.
His parents, wife, two brothers, Ambrose Greenlee and Allen Gerald Greenlee and three sisters, Betty Jo Greenlee, Deloris Rettig and Laura Meunier, precede him in death.
Visitation will be from 7:00 until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 29th at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 31st at the Hagy Cemetery, Dexter, Missouri.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

There never will be another like J.H. Greenlee……….Cheerful in all weathers……….Never shirked a task……….Splendid behavior. I am proud to call him My Brother-in-Law. We will miss you Jakie!
Our thoughts and prayers are with Elaine,Alan,and Jay as they grieve for their Dad and with his Brother and Sisters,aunts uncles neices nephews and grand-children. Lord have Mercy on us all!

I am very sorry to hear of J.H.’s passing. He was a very fine person, and one that both my parents thought very highly of. I know he will now be reunited with his wife June.

I had the pleasure of meeting J H while visiting Linda Greenleee in West Plains.I took immediately to his funny sense of humor and his kindness. Wished I could of been around him more often.
You too Dolly are a very nice person and I am sorry for you’re loss. I pray for you’re comfort at this time.
