James Cecil Richardson
Funeral services for James Cecil Richardson, 88, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 28, 2015, in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mr. Richardson died at 11:00 p.m., Monday, March 23, 2015, at his home.
He was born November 28, 1926, at Pineville, Arkansas, to Kerry Cecil Richardson and Mable Butler Richardson. Mr. Richardson was a veteran, having served as a Military Policeman in the United States Army. He was married in 1950 to Thelma Fountain, who preceded him in death in 1972. On September 4, 1993, he was married at West Plains, Missouri, to Dorothy Louise Bailey, who preceded him in death on August 15, 2007. Before his retirement he worked at Jasper Engines. He enjoyed working in his yard and raising roses. Mr. Richardson was a member of the Worldwide Church of God.
He is survived by four children, Larry Richardson, wife, Cindy, Rockford, Illinois, Roger Richardson, wife, Christy, West Plains, Missouri, Jared Richardson, Batesville, Arkansas and Sherri Gratza, husband, Bill, Kingman, Arizona; ten grandchildren, Jena, Cira, Elizabeth, Jessica, Josh, Mandy, Joey, Rodney, Roger and Audria; several great-grandchildren; three brothers, Gaston, Kenneth and Howard Richardson; and many nieces and nephews.
His parents, wives, one daughter, Geraldine Tardio, one brother, Glynn and two sisters, Pauline and Verlyn, precede him in death.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Friday at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Cumberland Cemetery, Pineville, Arkansas.

Sorry to hear about your loss. I am Otho and Lorenes son. I came back with my mother for
the family reunion in 1991 at Crossroads. I got to visit with some cousins including
Gaston and Kenneth. I am living in Washington State, but will be back to visit the end
of September.
