I am shredded at this news. James, was one of my Marines. I did everything I possibly could, to help him. In essence, I knew him better than many other Marines of 2nd Tank Battalion. He was better than he gave himself credit for, and my condolences go out to all of your family. I’m very saddened for your loss. In loving memory of my brother, Semper Fidelis.

I served with Grisam in the Marines for over a year. He had a huge heart and would give you the shirt off his back. I am sorry for your loss.
