John Lee Lockett

A private service will be held at a later date for John Lee Lockett, 75, West Plains, Missouri.

Mr. Lockett passed away at 7:26 p.m., Saturday, February 3, 2018 at West Vue Nursing Center.

He was born January 28, 1943, at West Plains, Missouri, to Lee Lockett and Mary Jewell Clifton. He was married in 1967, at West Plains, to Sherry Linn Thall. Mr. Lockett was a member of the 7th Day Adventist Church.

He is survived by his wife of fifty years, Sherry Lockett; three sons, John Allen Lockett and wife, Lisa, West Plains, Thomas Lockett, Centralia, Missouri and Timothy Lockett and wife, Susan, West Plains; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two step-brothers, Gary Haugsted, West Plains and David Haugsted and wife, Ruby, State of Tennessee; one brother-in-law, Edwin Thall and wife, Nicole, Centralia, Missouri; one sister-in-law, Delsa Thall, Millington, Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.

His parents, step-parents, one granddaughter, one brother, one step-brother and one brother-in-law, preceded him in death.

Memorial contributions may be made to Stuart Union Cemetery and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
