Judith Ann Fields
A Celebration of Life Service for Judith Ann Fields, 79, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 17, 2024, at All Saints Episcopal Church, 107 S. Curry St., West Plains, Missouri.
Mrs. Fields passed away Tuesday January 16, 2024, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri. She was born March 12, 1944 in West Plains, Missouri to Hazel Evins. On September 3, 1960, she was married to Dwight Wood; from their union, they were blessed with 2 sons: Scott and Bryan. On December 20, 1973, she was married at Las Vega, Nevada, to Donald Fields.
She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Don Fields; two sons, Scott Wood (wife April) of West Plains and Bryan Wood (wife Yvonne) of Fresno, California; her mother, Hazel Evins; brothers, Ron Evins (wife Sandra) and Don Evins (husband Randy Mabe); brothers and sisters-in-law, Ron Fields (wife Rae Ann), Bill Fields (wife Phyllis), Susie Zimmer (husband Terry), Nancy Quast, Danny Fields (wife Alice) and Sally Balcom (husband Steve); grandchildren, Destiny Wood, Noah Wood and Emily Wood; great-granddaughter, Naomi Cameron; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Troy Evins, one niece, Shelly Evins, Father-in-law, Wayne Fields, Mother-in-law, Bunny Fields, and Brothers-in-law, JR Fields, Jim Fields and David Fields.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 West Main, West Plains, MO 65775.
