Judy Sue Quinn
Funeral services for Judy Sue Quinn, 71, longtime resident of the West Plains, Missouri area will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 12, 2013, at Pomona Christian Church, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Quinn went to Heaven on Thursday, January 10, 2013, at her home.
She was born December 16, 1941, at Clara, Missouri, to Oscar Noel and the former Hazel Davis. Judy was united in marriage August 15, 1958, at Mountain Grove, Missouri to Cecil D. Quinn, who preceded her in death April 8, 1997. Judy and Cecil spent part of their married life together on a small farm east of Willow Springs, Missouri, later moving to West Plains, where Judy worked as the secretary for Ron Kelly Hauling and Best Feeds and Farm Supplies for eighteen years. In her later years Judy spent time surrounded by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, her love for her family was astounding. Judy also spent her later years rededicating her life to Christ, reading and sharing God’s word with all that would listen. She was a loving, honest, faithful, hard working woman, who will be truly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by five children, Rhonda Quinn, West Plains, Missouri, Cynthia and Gerald Judy, Hale, Missouri, Bobbi and Robert Tipton, Pomona, Missouri and Reagan and James Reynolds, Koshkonong, Missouri and Paul and Debra Quinn, Mechanicsville, Virginia; ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one brother, Keith and Connie Noel, Seymour, Missouri; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and loved ones.
Her husband, mother, Hazel Davis Berry, father, Oscar Noel, brother, Jimmy Oscar Noel and sister, Lisa Wynes, precede her in death.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Friday, January 11, 2013, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Howell Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Pomona Christian Church or Jimmy Swaggart Ministries, and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
