Lawrence Earl “Larry” Gordon
A memorial service for Lawrence Earl “Larry” Gordon, 69, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at Center Grove Baptist Church, Moody, Missouri.
Mr. Gordon died at 5:40 a.m., Monday, July 23, 2012, at his home.
He was born June 4, 1943, at Marion, Indiana, to Robert Owen Gordon and Mary Joanna Landis Gordon. Mr. Gordon was a veteran, having served in the United States Army and on September 29, 1990, he was married at Long Island, New York to Judy Nuzzi. He enjoyed his cars and woodworking, was a member of the West Plains Car Club, served as president of the M.A.C.C. Association and was on the board of the Moody Volunteer Fire Department. Mr. Gordon was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Center Grove Baptist Church for three years.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Gordon, of the family home; three children, Robert Gordon, wife, Yasha, Indianapolis, Indiana, Laura Gordon, Indianapolis, Indiana and Philip Gordon, of the State of California; four grandchildren, Hubol, Hillary, Cora and Isaac; one brother, John Gordon, State of Florida and two sisters, Rebecca Shroyer, Swayzee, Indiana and Suzanne Haggerty, McKinney, Texas.
His parents precede him in death.
Memorial contributions may be made to Center Grove Baptist Church or American Cancer Society, and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Our hearts ache for you Judy. We know all that Larry meant to you and you to him.
We loved Larry so much. He always had a smile and made everyone around laugh. We are all blessed to have had him in our lives. You and his family are in our thoughts and prayers.
