Lowell Dwight Lovan

Funeral services for Lowell Dwight Lovan, 72, Dora, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, May 13, 2019 at the Langston Street Chapel of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mr. Lovan passed away at 12:10 a.m., Thursday, May 9, 2019 at his home.

He was born April 30, 1947, at Twin Bridges, Missouri, to Clyde Thomas Lovan and Velma Collins Lovan.  On July 24, 1970, he was married at Dora, Missouri, to Sally Cash.  Mr. Lovan was a logger and loved his work.  He enjoyed riding and pulling horses and loved spending time with his family and his many friends.  Mr. Lovan was a Christian.

He is survived by his wife, Sally Cash Lovan, of the family home; two children, Sarah DePriest and husband, Allen, Dora, Missouri and Emmy Lou Ellison and husband, Mike, Gainesville, Missouri; five grandchildren, Seth Lovan and wife, Kelsie, Cally DePriest, Cash DePriest, Lori Ellison and Tyler Ellison; and one great-grandson, Wade Lowell Lovan.

His parents, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Glen and Fay Cash and brother and sister-in-law, Glen and Geraldine Lovan, preceded him in death.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m., Sunday, at the Langston Street Chapel of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.  Burial will be in the Ball Cemetery.
