Omma June Hardcastle
Funeral services for Omma June Hardcastle, 88, Caulfield, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 15, 2025, in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hardcastle passed away at 2:25 a.m., Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Hhospice House of the Ozarks, Mountain Home, Arkansas.
She was born March 8, 1936, at West Plains, Missouri, to Omie Stephens and Ruby June Hellmer Stephens. She graduated from West Plains High School in 1955. On November 11, 1956, she was married at West Plains, to Billy Gene Hardcastle, who preceded her in death on June 15, 2015. She worked for the International Shoe Factory until retirement. Mrs. Hardcastle was a member of Amy Baptist Church.
She is survived by two children, Billie Lynn Bassham, Mountain Home, Arkansas and Kevin Gene Hardcastle and wife, Natalie, Labadie, Missouri; two grandchildren, Lauren Nicole Hardcastle, Springfield, Missouri and Ryan Matthew Hardcastle, Rochester, New York; one great-granddaughter, Iris June Hardcastle, Springfield, Missouri; one brother, Elmo Leland Stephens and wife, Ella Mae, West Plains, Missouri;; two nieces Terri Lynn Poulin and husband, Laurent, Queen Creek, Arizona and Traci Diane Wiley and husband, Todd, West Plains, Missouri; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and one brother, Willis Clark Stephens.
Visitation services will be held from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m., Saturday, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in Amy Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Amy Cemetery and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 West Main, West Plains, MO 65775.

To the Hardcastle Families and the Stephens Families,
We extend our Deepest Sympathy to all of you at this time on the passing of Omma. My Dad, Norris Cozort, was a classmate of Omma’s and also did television repair for her/her husband as well. We are are so very sorry for her passing. At this time we will be keeping all of you in our daily prayers and thoughts.
