Its always sad to say goodby to a long time friend Bob Gleghorn, but our hearts are lightened by thoughts of all the weekends the families of Bob and Deana, Kelly and Annabel Owens and the Haynes family spend at Norfork Lake. We will forever have fond memories of Bob Gleghorn.

Deana, Steve, Kevin and families – We are sorry we could not make it to the services. Chuck has wonderful memories to remember Uncle Bob and Aunt Deana , taking me out to shoot the first rabbit I ever shot, spent weekends on the pontoon at the lake with my cousins, one time Uncle Bob and Charlie dropped us off and left us, taught us what we needed to know to be ok and to have fun. Going to Pop Steins to get a soda pop, fishing in preacher Row’s (sp) pond. We are watching a deer out our back window while we are writing this. Hootenannies in Arkansas, listening to music, frying fish, chasing coon dogs, all the family playing music and us kids dancing. I have a lot of good times to remember and I am very lucky to have these memories that will live on forever. Thinking of all of you at this time. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Love Chuck, Nancy and Jessica

Dear Aunt Deana, Steve, Kevin and families,
So sorry for not being able to come to the service for Uncle Bob. I have such great memories of coming down to West Plains going to the lake, Thanksgivings, Christmas, weeks in the summer going to Arkansas having hootinannies with all of the Fernimans and so many more! One memory that really comes to mind one Thanksgiving Uncle Bob and dad went out to the woods and made a trail in the snow for all of us to sled down it later. We went sledding in the moonlight. He always made me feel special. The last time I saw him we went out for a ride on his farm out in the hills. I will always cherish that time together. I will miss him! Love and prayers to Aunt Deana and all the family! Love, Cathy

I am so sorry for your loss. Bob was such a kind man. I worked with him at Southwest and he was always so nice to me. I enjoyed our short visits when we would run into each other at Walmart or out in town. I will keep your family in my prayers.
