Thoughts and prayers for the Thompson family. Robert was a good friend. He was there when ever you needed him. Over the years we’ve had several discussions about horses. I’ll miss those in the future. He was a great horseman, and a great person. He is in a better place.

Robert was always ready to help anyone if they were in need. He and my son, Donnie were
great friends. They could sit and talk horses for hours. He will greatly be missed by many.

We so enjoyed Robert over the years at Ava, of course horse stories, judging & his love for a good Missouri Fox Trotting Horse. Our campsites were side by side many years. Knowing he will be with the Lord, surrounded by all the great horse people and World Champion Horses will be a comfort.
