Sandra Ann Foster

Funeral services for Sandra Ann Foster, 48, Bakersfield, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 1, 2022, at Bakersfield Church of Christ, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.  

Mrs. Foster passed away at 1:06 a.m., Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at her home.

She was born November 19, 1973 at Mountain Home, Arkansas, to John Walker and Carrie Fayers Walker.  She attended Bakersfield High School and graduated with the Class of 1992.  On October 22, 1993, she was married at Bakersfield, Missouri, to Doug Foster.  Sandra loved basketball and softball, horses, old movies, and traveling.  She was a loving wife and mother and had many friends.  She helped on the family farm, and she enjoyed working in the office.  Sandra was a longtime member of the Bakersfield Church of Christ.  She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her husband, Doug, of the family home; two children, Rachel Roberts and husband, Logan, Caulfield, Missouri, and Melody Foster, Bakersfield, Missouri; her parents, John and Carrie Walker; one sister, Leanne Hensley and husband, Tommy; maternal grandmother, Joan Fayers, England; two uncles, Kevin Walker and Glen Walker, Indiana; one aunt, Cherry Yaxley, England; her father-and mother-in-law, Ken and JoAnn Foster; two brothers-in-law and their wives, Kenneth Don and Becky Foster, and Ron and Shasta Foster; and several nieces and nephews.

Her maternal grandfather, Ronald Fayers, and paternal grandparents, William and Hilda Walker, preceded her in death.

Visitation will be held prior to the funeral service, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Friday, at Bakersfield Church of Christ.  Burial will be at Fore Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Paragould Children’s Home and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 West Main, West Plains, MO  65775.
