Steven Craig Sinor
A Celebration of Life service for Steven Craig Sinor, 71, Pomona, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at His Place House of Worship, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Steven went to be with the Lord on January 21, 2024 in the comfort of his home surrounded by his family.
Steve was born on July 8, 1952 to Robert Lee Sinor and Jimmie Ellen (Napier) Sinor in San Bernardino, California. As a son of a traveling minister, Steve moved many times during his childhood and graduated high school in Seattle, Washington. Later, his family moved to Gainesville, Missouri, where he meet the love of his life, Kim. August 12th, 1973 Steve was united in marriage to Kimberly Ann (Long) Sinor. To this union three children, Valerie, Steven Jr, and Bethany were born and later added two more, Verline and Danny. Anyone that knew Steve knew that he loved family deeply and always worked to bring family together to build memories. After becoming a grandpa, he hosted many “cousin sleepovers” with his grandchildren where many life long memories were made. He left a great legacy of love. Steve has always had a heart to serve God and people thru ministry. He was a faithful member of several churches and served as pastor in others over the years. He served as lead pastor at Victory Family Worship Center in West Plains for fourteen years, where he deeply loved the people and the service the Lord had placed him in. He loved to spend time in the house of the Lord and with family.
Steve is survived by his deeply loved wife, Kim Sinor of Pomona; children, Valerie (and James) Henning, Steve (and Michelle) Sinor, Bethany (and Tim) Ford, Verline (and Daniel) Thomas, and Danny Sinor; grandchildren, Courtney (and Zeb), Wyatt, Preston (and Jayden), Logan, Kaylee, Brandon, Austin, Jake, Mackenzie, Troy, Easton, AnnaBella, Ty, Justus, Whitney; and great grandchildren Addilynn and Remington. Steve is also survived by two sisters, Brenda (and Jimmy) and Lora (and Jessie), mother-in-law Phillis Long, sisters-in-law Dana, Rhonda, and Trich; special friends John and Ada Evans, and many nieces, nephews and other family.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Jimmie Ellen Sinor; four brothers, Robert, Ronnie, Jimmy, and John; and one sister Janet.
He is now walking on the streets of gold in his new body, rejoicing and worshiping his Lord, Jesus. He will be dearly missed but never forgotten. He will continue to live in the hearts of his wife, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and friends.
Family and friends will gather prior to the service, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Steve to His Place Christian Academy and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 West Main, West Plains, MO 65775.

Love you Kim and family. Just thinking about all the good times we’ve had. And thinking about Dugginsville the first time we met Steve and his mom and dad and family. Just think what a good time Steve and Lowell are having. Worshipping and praising God. We need to get together sometime. Call me anytime day or night if you need to talk. Prayers!!
