So glad to have known dear Zalla. I have one of her quilts given to Mom (Imogene Collins) which came to me when Mom passed away. Prayers for all the family at your loss but praises for her life in Christ which showed through her. She was always a great encouragement to me. Love & blessings, Rita Collins Gibson

I worked with Zalla at Dr. Hayes’ office when I was in college and she was one of the sweetest and godly women I have ever known. I still have the purple afghan she made for me as a wedding gift. But the real treasure was Zalla herself.
May God comfort the whole family during this time of loss.

To Zalla’s family I send belated condolences. Zalla was one of the most influential women in my life from the time I was a young girl. She taught me many things during my “growing up” years and she did most of it by her Christian example. I will miss her more than words can say. I take comfort in knowing she is reunited with all of her family and friends. Go with God Zalla and know that you are loved. Until we meet again my dear teacher!
